I have been wanting to join this challenge since the beginning but always found an excuse as to why I didn’t… just had a baby, starting my own business, etc. etc. On the third challenge, I finally took the plunge and said if I don’t start now, I won’t start ever and I was so unhappy with how I was eating and absolutely no exercise. In the last 2 years, I have went from gaining weight while I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, to losing some, to becoming pregnant! Needless to say, I was extremely discouraged but I have to say I am so pleasantly surprised with this challenge. I loved exercising and was not deprived of any food! I am extremely grateful that I was able to join this movement and can’t wait for the next one!

Participating in the EBTC has really changed my way of looking at fitness and health. As a busy working mom, I was hesitant to start because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to eat what my family was eating, be hungry and deprived all the time, and have to dedicate hours of my family time at the gym. I was wrong.

I received my meal plans and exercise plans and was able to make minor changes to family meals to make it work. I was NEVER hungry. I was actually often asked, at first, “aren’t you on a diet or something?” because I was eating so much food- healthy food. It’s not diet. It is a lifestyle change and one that I will most definitely  continue with.

I have taken 22.5 inches and 18.8 pounds off of my body. I feel great. I’ve learned how to fuel my body and take care of it. The support is amazing, not only from the coaches but from the other participants.

This challenge is for anyone. Don’t hesitate! It’ll be the best decision you ever make for yourself.

At first I was skeptical and afraid to commit to a 12 week transformation challenge. I was in such bad shape and didn’t want to work out at all let alone be in a gym. After being convinced to do this I quickly realized this was not going to be like most workouts and diets. I was not only provided a full meal plan and workout plan I was given the chance to talk and interact with people in the same shoes I was. I had two amazing trainers who were there every step of the way. I couldn’t imagine doing this without them and I’m truly thankful. I cannot believe how far I’ve come and I’m not done yet!

I’m so in love with everything about this program. I HATED the gym and was so anxious about going there. I didn’t know how to properly workout and was scared of doing it incorrectly. The EBTC lays it all out for you and truly dumbs it down so regular people can learn and succeed. There are video demonstrations of every single exercise in the program so you can prepare before you go to the gym if you’re unsure about technique or how to use a machine. The flexible dieting meal plans are genius. I remember being soooo full during my first week or so. I was used to “dieting” and literally starving myself. The EBTC is about fueling your body so you can give 100% in your workouts. Your metabolism kicks in and takes care of the rest. I have so much faith and trust in the trainers Ashley and Laura. They take your goals and tailor a program unique to you. It’s like having your very own personal trainers plus a huge Support group of fellow challengers while you are reaching your goals. I have so much stamina, strength, and energy since joining. I even sleep better!  If you’re even just  considering doing this, close your eyes and take the leap. You will not regret it!

I found out about the challenge through a friend at work.  I checked out the Facebook site and the transformation pictures inspired me and so I am hopeful that my pictures will inspire someone else.  The motivation to do well was there.  I started this challenge and the day I took my pictures my scale tipped at 239.  I have met and surpassed a lot of my goals for this challenge.  My scale now reads 201. My main goals were to become a little bit more fit and a little bit healthier and for me a way to do that was to become thinner.  I have absolutely achieved that.  I might not have asked a whole lot of questions but I didn’t need to because the Instagram tutorials assisted me throughout this.  Although I may have been physically limited to some of the exercises, I certainly tried to stay with the program and attended the gym from start to finish and plan to continue to do so.  Although the challenge is over and I am still a novice at this, I am certainly going to continue to achieve with some personal goals.  I have decreased my current blood pressure medication I was on and also prevented the start of additional medication.  I have lost a total of 21 3/4 inches throughout the challenge and in some areas where I have previously lost, I have gained in a good way.  I am also leaving this challenge with a better understanding of my dietary needs knowing now important it is to eat healthy.  Thank you and see you at the gym!

I cannot express how grateful and how blessed I feel to have been part of not just one but two of these challenges. I feel like I’ve grown to love myself more than I ever have before. I started my first challenge in May of this year and it couldn’t have been a better time for me. I don’t need to go into detail but I can say this changed my life in a way that NOTHING else could have. Laura and Ashley designed a plan for me to do 100% at home and all I have to say is , “It works!!!”
i feel empowered by the group support. I’ve never felt more strong physically or mentally. I seriously cannot put into words my gratitude to Laura and Ashley but also the group. You are all are my rock and I am now addicted!
