This program is built for runners to incorporate strength training into their routine to aid with speed, strength, and power on the pavement. This program will teach you how to incorporate strength training into your already hectic running schedule, when to stretch and when not to stretch, the importance of nutrition and hydration.
You do not need to be marathon ready to participate in this program, it is designed for those who are running any distance and/or time and looking to find the perfect balance along with individuals who are strength training but are unable to find the time to incorporate running into their regular routine.
When you sign up for our strength training for runners you will receive the following: 12 weeks of individualized strength training workouts specific to runners that can be done in the gym, at home, or a combination of both. Please note modifications can be made for physical limitations along with any prior or current injuries you may have. You will be given a running plan specific to your running goals.
This program will run with our regular 12-week program so you will still benefit from all of the awesome elements we have to offer with our Every Body Transformation Challenge.
